Recognizing the need to train worship leaders and teams in the local church, evolveU began in 2014 as a means to mentor and cultivate worship team members in a practical way in the local church and equip them for effective ministry leadership.

Jeremiah 1:5-10 details the prophet Jeremiah's call to ministry. Yes! God called him before the foundations of the world, yet Jeremiah recognized his need for instruction to be all God wanted him to be. Likewise, great worship leaders, team members and minstrels are predestined before birth; still they need instruction, space and grace to evolve into the powerful music ministry leaders God intends.

 

evolveU is a vehicle by which worship leaders can be mentored spiritually and trained practically to be effective in accessing God’s presence consistently. With over 20 years experience and a clear mandate from God, Benita is set to train the next generation of leaders.

 

Workshops, clinics and individual mentorship have been the earmark of evolveU since its inception; now we are excited to present the first evolveU Worship Gathering!

evolveU Worship Gathering is an interactive conference designed specifically to sharpen YOU in all areas of worship leadership. Worship leaders, worship teams, choir members, worship bands. ALL are invited! Sessions filled with impartation and application will be offered during this three-day conference.
